Your Engagement Ring Experience

From the moment you arrive, your appointment is entirely about you. Here is what you can expect:

Step 1 — Book Your Appointment

Use our online booking form below to choose your preferred store, date, and time. You're also welcome to add a note on any pieces from our website that you'd particularly like to see, or any thoughts you'd like to share with us in advance. We'll make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Step 2 — A Warm Welcome

On arrival, you'll be welcomed by a dedicated member of our team. You'll be brought through to our private Diamond Showing Room — a calm, unhurried space away from the shop floor, where you can relax, take your time, and focus entirely on finding the ring that is right for you.

Step 3 — Your Personal Consultation

Every consultation begins with a conversation. We'll take the time to understand what you're drawn to - the ring styles, settings, and diamond or gemstone shapes that feel right for you. Do you love the timeless simplicity of a solitaire? The brilliance of a halo setting? The romance of a three stone ring? This is your moment to explore.

Our advisors may also introduce you to styles and combinations you hadn't yet considered. Sometimes the perfect ring is one you hadn't imagined - and it's one of the things we love most about what we do.

Step 4 — Exploring Our Collection

With your preferences in mind, we'll bring out a thoughtful selection of rings for you to see and try on. Our advisors will guide you through the qualities of each stone: cut, colour, clarity, and carat - explaining what makes each piece unique and helping you to understand what to look for.

Step 5 — Try On & Take Your Time

We believe that finding your ring should be a joy, not a pressure. Try on as many pieces as you wish. Sit with them. Ask every question that comes to mind.
